2. 📦 Record another video while packing the return parcel, clearly showing the return label attached.

3. 📩 Share both videos with our support team.

After receiving your request, our representative will contact you within 24–48 hours.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

💳 Refunds are normally completed within 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Returns may be declined if the product is damaged due to misuse or if the required return evidence is not provided.
